Watkins and Walker pride itself on our customer care. Our core business has been installation to date but we have found that the maintenance side of the business has grown and looks to keep growing. All heating and domestic systems need some maintenance, either planned or breakdown. Modern systems have a number of safety controls that require annual checks and we have found that as the installers of the system customer’s call us back to provide this annual care. Watkins and Walker are now actively developing its own maintenance brand so that we can provide even better service to our customers. By the end of 2013 we will have launched and have in place monthly service plans, due to demand from our customers. As things develop we will be updating this website.
